At Executive People, we believe that the right person in the right team unlocks new energy. We see diversity, complementarity, and team fit as essential ingredients for an effective board. That’s why we select candidates not only based on experience but also on personality and their impact on the team.

Our approach is objective and completely transparent. With our unique PACT assessment, we map team dynamics and leadership profiles clearly. Within six weeks, we deliver three suitable candidates – both logical and surprising.

Executive People is, together with Legal People and Hemingway, a label of Governance People, with decades of experience in boardroom search. We often follow candidates and teams for years, allowing us to advise with precision. In this way, we aim to contribute to better governance in the Netherlands – modern, heterogeneous, relevant, and sustainable.


Committed to Society, Culture, and People

Executive People supports not only boards but also society. We work pro bono and at reduced rates for nonprofit organizations and social enterprises, helping them increase their impact. We are also clients of various social initiatives and gladly share their stories further.

Additionally, we contribute to culture in Amsterdam through the Rijks Club membership at the Rijksmuseum and the Corporate Pool membership at the International Theater Amsterdam (ITA).

Within our own organization, we believe in sustainable employability. With programs from Lifeguard, we structurally invest in energy, vitality, and healthy habits. Only with a healthy team can we build effective teams for our clients.
